NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 17, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36 2010 CA 050132 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA LARA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER TOI CITIBANK, FSB; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
