AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES December 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 116, UNIT 12, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 326, PAGE 198, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
