NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 16 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-12552, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and MAGDALENA NUNEZ; JANE DOE N/K/A SHANNON PENN; JOHN DOE N/K/A IAN WEBBER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 3701, UNIT 50, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
