NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CC-8586 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RAPALLO THREE ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Richard C. Palatine, Carol A. Palatine, and Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Stat. 45 at 9:00 am, on the 19 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 36-206, RAPALLA THREE,a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded as Official Records Instrument Number 20060141100, as may be amended from time to time, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
