Defendants, j.b. alva, inc., a Florida corporation, JERRY L. BAUMGARTNER, an individual, and JUDITH A. BRINK, an individual, are hereby notified that an action has been instituted to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 9 and 10, B F INDUSTRIAL CENTER, a subdivision lying in Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 91-92 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with the buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon.
An action has been filed against you and you are required serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RONALD M. ROSENGARTEN, ESQ., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is GREENBERG TRAURIG, P.A., 333 Avenue of the Americas, Miami, Florida 33131 and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within thirty (30) days; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
