CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 201, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000158980, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 8513 BERNWOOD COVE LOOP 201, FORT MYERS, FL 33912; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on December 19, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
