NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18, 2011, and entered in 36-2010-CA-060156 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein Citimortgage, Inc., is a Plaintiff and arlene dalesandro aka arlene g. dalesandro; TAYLOR-DANSING; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); RIVER GARDEN; INC.; A CONDOMINIUM are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am, on December 19 2011, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
family unit no. 56-e, according to the Condominium Declaration for RIVER GARDEN, INC., as such Condominium Declaration is recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida in Official Records Book 335, page 359; TOGETHER with an undivided 1/48th interest in the common areas and facilities as defined in said Condominium Declaration. TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to use Parking Space No RA 56, as shown on the plans attached to said Condominium Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
