Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18, 2011 and entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-060443 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the property at public sale, on December 19, 2011 at 9:00AM to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 28 and 29, Block 1362, Cape Coral, Unit 18 according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 96-120, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
