NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment nunc pro tunc to November 15, 2011 setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUSTMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JULIA SINIBALDI a/k/a JULIA F. SINIBALDI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA SINIBALDI a/k/a JULIA F. SINIBALDI; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 (n/k/a Matt Standfield); and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 (n/k/a Connie Standfield) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of December 2011, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 20, UNIT 4, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
