NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002614, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ROBERT L WARD; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of December, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, RIDGEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE VACATED NORTH 20 FEET OF TANGERINE AVENUE LYING TO THE SOUTH OF SAID LOTS
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
