NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-003572-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Debra A. Murray, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of Martin B. Murray, III a/k/a Martin G. Murray, III, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, WILKERSON'S REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
