NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009716 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, Plaintiff and Thomas J. Overman, Jr. a/k/a Thomas J. Overman and Carolyn G. Overman a/k/a Carolyn Overman, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5, OF GARDEN MANOR SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
