Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-8270-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT 3267-D, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WEST SHORE VILLAGE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4098, PAGES 1730 THROUGH 1801 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on January 6, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
