Lot 17, less the West 150 feet and Lot 18, less the North 10 feet of the West 150 feet, E.C. Baughman's Garden Homes, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as 6705 32nd Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address if 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is January 3, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
