NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015992 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and William T. Fidler a/k/a William Fidler and Cheryl L. Fidler a/k/a Cheryl Fidler, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT E, BUILDING 4160, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 74 THROUGH 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 19, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5416, PAGES 1159 THROUGH 1247, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
