NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-022229-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-24, Plaintiff and Donna A. Lahre are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 42, REVISED MAP OF DAVISTA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
