NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-000146-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Nicole Leona G. Eckert a/k/a Nicole Leona Grunsfield a/k/a Nicole L. Grunsfield are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 20 AND 21, LESS THE WEST 16 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK L, EL DORADO HILLS ANNEX, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
