NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-012465-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Sandra Bloom, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of John Bloom, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on December 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 4, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4975, PAGE 1147, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 67 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
