NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 08-8674-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and KASTLE STACY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KASTLE STACY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BAYVIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on December 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 101, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BAYWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R.
