NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09006409CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-FLX4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FLX4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and SHEILA J. HUTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEILA J. HUTMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CREAMY RICH PENSION PLAN, ANDREW M. PHILLIPS AS TRUSTEE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, CRUMP SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
