NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013456, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and ANETTE KENDALL A/K/A ANETTE KENDELL A/K/A ANETTE DESBAILLETS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANETTE KENDALL A/K/A ANETTE KENDELL A/K/A ANETTE DESBAILLETS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FREEDOM BANK OF AMERICA; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 19, OF TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 79 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, A REPLAT OF RANCH LAKE ESTATES, LOT 18, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
