NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 09th , 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-16124CI021, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and CHARLES P. SERNECK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES P. SERNECK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN drop NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MA; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, BROOKLYN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
