NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 09th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09008294CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is Plaintiff and JEFFREY PHILLIPS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY PHILLIPS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, GULFVIEW WOODS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
