Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 14, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lots 10, 11, 12, 19, 20 and 21, Block C, HILLAND SQUARE ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Less that part of Lots 19, 20 and 21 lying within 50 feet of the survey line of SR 693, Section 15590, being described in deed to State of Florida, filed as Clerk's instrument No. 224175B (in Official Records Book 2004, Page 147) Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 5650 & 5655 66TH STREET NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
