NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09017170CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL R. EVANS; and PATRICIA M. EVANS; and CYPRESS PARK OF TARPON SPRINGS LOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Cypress park of Tarpon Springs, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) through 88, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
