NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2010 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on January 24, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
That certain Condominium parcel described as Unit No. 503, together with it`s appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of Sand Key Condominium South Beach 1460 Gulf Blvd and related documents recorded in O.R. Book 5101, pages 845 thru 893, and Plat Book 45, Pages 94 thru 100, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
