NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-006769-CI-07 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Grand Venezia COA, Inc. is Plaintiff, and GAIL M. TAYLOR, TRUSTEE and ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1239, The Grand Venezia at Baywatch, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14050, Pages 1368 through 1486, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14243, Page 1040, as amended from time to time, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in said Declaration, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
