Final Judgment was awarded on September 21, 2010 in Civil Case No. 522010CA004409XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, THINH T. VO; PHUONG T. TA; CYPRESS PARK OF TARPON SPRINGS LOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on January 17, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, CYPRESS PARK OF TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGES 85 THROUGH 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
