NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-14291CI7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and Alain F. Robitaille, Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc., and Unknown Tenant #1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit #1114, Building No. 11, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Coachman Creek, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 4913, Pages 1436 through 1502, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 88 through 105, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
