Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 31, 2011, in Case No. 10-014314-CI-020 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which RODNEY K. METER, MARCIA L. MEYER, EQUITY TRUST CO. CUSTODIAN FBO LAWRENCE ALLEN, IRA, CRAIG D. LAVER, ROBERT C. TILMAN, MESCHELL M. PATTON, LEROY P. WILLIAMS, GAYL E. WILLIAMS, HAROLD BENGTER, JUDY BENGTER, WILLIAM B. SCOTT, SYLVIA J. SCOTT, AND BONNI G. TISCHLER, are the Defendants and SAND PEBBLE RESORT OF TREASURE ISLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 16, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 408 Week 28, Unit 407 Week 35, Unit 406 Week 42, Unit 404 Week 19, Unit 304 Week 30, Unit 303 Week 28, Unit 208 Week 22, and Unit 203 Week 21, and, all as defined and described in the Declaration of Condominium of SAND PEBBLE RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 5464, Page 1254, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
