Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 08-10369, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R9 is the Plaintiff, and KATHY YVONNE TANNER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 2, Block 2, LARGO LAKE VILLAS UNIT ONE, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, at Page 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
