NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-19226 C1-08, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MANUEL CORTES; AMANDA CORTES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL CORTES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, LESS THE WEST 35 FEET AND ALL OF LOT 4, BLOCK 16, INTER-BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order 2010-045 PA/PI-CIR
