SCOTT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, INC.; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE; TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on December 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
