Unit 3282, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO 5, according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1175, Page 406 and fourth amendment thereto as filed in O.R. Book 1286, Page 857 and being further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 141 and fourth amendment thereto as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 16, together with a non-exclusive easement for Ingress and egress over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, Page 1006, and in O.R. Book 839, Page 1763 Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 29230 Bay Hollow Drive #3282 Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543.
