NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 9, 2010 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-007826-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES J. REPETTO; KRISTINA LYNN REPETTO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on December 16, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 189, OF LAKEWOOD VILLAS, UNIT 8-”A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
