NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale filed November 18, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-10538-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, New Port Richey, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 210, A REPLAT OF FAIRWAY SPRINGS, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 74 and 75, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
