NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-001327-WS/O, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wyndtree Phase 2 Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Bill Balntas and Mortgage Electronic Registration systems, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 41 of Wyndtree Phase 2 Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 67 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
