Final Judgment was awarded on November 15, 2010 in Civil Case No. 51 2010 CA 6417-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, ANGELA AFRAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA AFRAM N/K/A MATT ROYCE; LAKE KIMBERLY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SAXON MORTGAGE, INC. AS ASSIGNEE FOR NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on December 16, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 1557, PAGE 1763, ET SEQ., AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
