LOT 814, GULF HIGHLANDS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 143-144 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street, Mobile, AL 33602 on or before the 3rd day of January, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
