NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004405 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and ODYSSEY ALLIANCE, LLC and ODYSSEY ALLIANCE, LLC and ADAM R. WIEAND a/k/a ADAM WIEAND, individually are Defendants, I will sell to the highes and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2012, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
