NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and the Order Setting Foreclosure Sale dated November 18, 2011, entered in CASE NO: 2009-CA-2652, wherein R.B.W. Enterprises, LLC, is Plaintiff and Tropical Investment Land, LLC, is Defendant, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 29 through 38, inclusive, Block 8, North Sarasota Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 151, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
