NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and the Order Setting Foreclosure Sale dated November 18, 2011, entered in CASE NO: 2010-CA-6091, wherein SANDY DRACH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT B. WALTON TRUST, is Plaintiff and LANE HENDRIX is Defendant, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The East 60 feet of the following described property:
Begin at a Point 811.5 feet South and 430 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, thence East 230 feet to a stake being 145 feet South of an iron stake at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 1; thence South 121.7 feet; thence West 115 feet; thence South 15 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence South 65 feet; thence West 15 feet; thence North 201.7 feet to the point of beginning, lying and being in Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
