NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 8, 2011, by the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 004281, I will sell at public sale on December 14, 2011, beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Marion County, Florida as follows:
Lots 2, 3, 4 and Tract A, Riverdale Commercial, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 66 through 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
