Book 1657, Page 4502, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, a distance of 923.00 feet to the East line of that parcel described in O.R. Book 1576, Page 6864, of the aforementioned Public Records; thence run N 00deg01'15” W, along said East line, 236.00 feet; thence S 89deg21'21” E, 923.00 feet to the Westerly maintained right-of-way of 24th Avenue East (Oakhurst Road); thence S 00 deg 01'15” E, 236.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above-described parcel being and lying in Section 7, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida
