Unit 632, PALM COVE OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2125, Page 6909, and all amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, Pages 86 through 98, as amended in Condominium Book 36, Pages 6 through 8, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
