NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007CA8707 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on DECEMBER 16, 2011, at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
GOLDEN VERNA ESTATES, Tract 70;
Lots 7 through 12, Block F, THE GOLDEN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF VERNA, FIRST ADDITION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 36, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
