LOT 11, OF WOOTEN'S LAKESIDE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 315 Wooten Road, Lutz, Florida 33548, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on January 24, 2012, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
