G) of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA4, is Plaintiff, and, BENNETT, AUTUMN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2pm, on the 7 day of December, 2011, the following described property:
LOT 12, BLOCK 25, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA FLA, TOGETHER WITH EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
