BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and DOUGLS STEWART A/K/A DOUGLAS STEWART; TINA STEWART; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 8 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 2, KINGS LAKE PHASE 1B, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 23-1 THROUGH 23-4, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
