NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Dated November 3, 2011 and entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-000224 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, Located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 12 day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 29 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE NORTH 41 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 28, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
